Membership
All persons applying for membership must be sponsored by two (2) members of the Club who are in good standing. Membership dues are $30.00 for individuals and $20.00 for each additional family member (of the same household). A one-time $10.00 per person initiation fee is included in these amounts.
To apply for membership in IHCUS
- Read and understand the IHCUS Code of Ethics. Each member is required to abide by them.
- Complete and submit the IHCUS Application for Membership form.
Membership applications are published in The Third Eye (the quarterly club newsletter received by members), and will be voted on by the Board three (3) weeks following publication. Notification of membership will be received from the Membership Chairperson (Janet Rivers).
Renewing Your Membership
- Renew on-line
- Submit your Membership Renewal form (with check or money order) to the IHCUS Treasurer (Kurt Anderson).
